Surprisingly, here the Lumia 1020 was able to resolve a lot less detail than the Xperia Z1. The 41MP PureView camera with its enormous sensor somehow didn’t cope as well as its competitor with the scene and the differences in the foliage and the sand are quite easy to spot. The Xperia Z1′s camera also produced a shot with better contrast than its competitor, even if its dynamic range is slightly lower.</div>

Government sources informed of the decision told the <em>South China Morning Post</em> on condition of anonymity that the authority in charge of the Hong Kong-like free-trade zone in Shanghai, the first such zone on the mainland, would also welcome bids from foreign telecommunications companies for licences to provide internet services within the new special economic zone.</div>

The Big Three didn’t raise complaints as they knew it was a decision endorsed by top Chinese leaders including Premier Li Keqiang, who is keen to make the free-trade zone a key proving ground for significant financial and economic reforms, the sources added.</div>

“In order to welcome foreign companies to invest and to let foreigners live and work happily in the free-trade zone, we must think about how we can make them feel like at home. If they can’t get onto Facebook or read The New York Times, they may naturally wonder how special the free-trade zone is compared with the rest of China,” said one of the government sources who declined to be named due to the highly political sensitive nature of the matter.</div>

However Beijing’s decision to open up internet access only applies to the free-trade zone and not anywhere else in the country, the sources said. In late August the State Council, China’s cabinet, approved the launch of the free-trade zone in Shanghai, which will span 28.78 square kilometres in the city’s Pudong New Area, including the Waigaoqiao duty-free zone, Yangshan deepwater port, and the international airport area.</div>

Government sources told the <em>Post </em>earlier this month that the free-trade zone could be eventually expanded over the next few years to include the entire Pudong district, which covers 1,210.4 square kilometres, if the first-phase launch is proved a success in helping China to restructure its economy. The government hopes the free-trade zone will attract more foreign investment and liberalise the nation’s foreign exchange and interest rate system, making capital flow much more easily.</div>

Bosses at social media networks and major media companies whose websites are banned on the mainland have lobbied Beijing for years to lift these bans. More recently, Facebook chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg met Cai Mingzhao, the head of the State Council Information Office in Beijing, and an official photograph of the meeting was published on the Chinese government’s website, though Facebook said Sandberg’s visit to China was mainly to promote her new book.</div>

ඇත්තටම පළමු ලිපියෙන් කිව්වා වගේ ලංකාවේ අයට මේ අංශය ගැන තිබෙන්නේ අල්ප දැනුමක් මෙන්ම හරිම අමුතු හැඟීමකි.<br />

ඒ විදියට බැලුවොත් ඇඟ හදන්න ජිම් එකක පුහුණුවෙන්න(training in a gym) ඕන නෑ.<br />

අපහාසයකට නෙවෙයි, නමුත් දවසෙ කුලියට වැඩකරන අයව එතකොට තරඟාවලි(meet) වලට යවන්න පුලුවන්.<br />
මොකද ඒ අයගෙ සිරුරු වල මේද ප්‍රමාණය අනෙක් අයට වඩා දහනය වන නිසා හා සිරුරේ මංශ එතරම් නැති නිසා ඔය කියන ''කට් එක'' පේනවා.<br />

එයා එච්චර කල් කරපු හැමදේම ගැන එයාට ඇතිවෙන හැඟීම මොකක්ද? එයාගෙ බලාපොරොත්තු සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම බිඳ වැටෙනවා. හිතාගෙන හිටපු සේරම අතෑරලා දාලා එයා train කරන එක නවත්වනවා. ඒක තමයි අන්තිමට වෙන්නෙ. එහෙම නේද?<br />

මම ඒකයි මේ ගැන පළමු කොටසෙන්ම ඔයාට කියන්නෙ. ඔයා කවදාවත් කවුරුහරි එහෙම කිව්වට තමන්ගේ ඉලක්කය නවත්තගන්න හොඳ නෑ. අනිත් එක, කෙනෙක් තවකෙක්ව විවේචනය කරන්න ඕන තමන් එයාට වඩා හොඳ නම්.<br />
<br />
මම අත්දැකීමෙන් දෙයක් කියන්නම්. Sports ගැන හැඟීමක් දැනීමක් තියෙන්නෙ ඒ අංශයේ ඉන්න අයට තමයි වැඩිපුරම. ඒවගේම ඔයාගෙ ඇ‍ගේ වර්ධනයක්/වෙනසක් පේන්නෙත් ඒ ගැන ටිකක් හෝ දන්න කෙනාට තමයි.<br />
කායවර්ධනය ගැන කිසිදෙයක් නොදන්න කෙනෙක් කොහොමද සෙල්ලම් කරන ඔයා ගැන විනිශ්චය කරන්නෙ? නේද?<br />
<br />
මේ ක්‍රීඩාවෙදි ඔයාට මුලින්ම ලැබෙන්නෙ මල් කළඹවල් නෙවෙයි. ඒක හොඳට සිහියට ගන්න ඕන. නමුත් ටිකක් කල් යනකොට ඔයාට ඒ දේවල් ලැබෙන්න ගනිවි අනිවාර්යෙන්ම.<br />
මුලින් කිව්වා වගේ, ඔයා ඔයාගෙ හිත හොඳට හදාගන්න ඕන. ඉලක්කයක් ගන්න මම අනිවාර්යෙන්ම මෙන්න මේ වගේ වෙනවා කියලා. ඒ ඉලක්කයට වැඩ කරන්න ඕන.<br />

ඒවගේම ඉවසීම තියෙන්න ඕන හොඳට. මාසෙන් දෙකෙන් ඇඟ හදන්න පුලුවන් නම්, බිල්ඩර්ස්ලාට අවුරුදු 10, 20 පුහුණුවෙන්න ඕන නෑනේ.<br />

මම හිතන්නෙ මම ඔයාගෙ ඔලුවට ඕන දේවල් ටික දැම්මා. අපි ඊළඟ ලිපියෙන් පුහුණුවීම් වලටම යමු. ඔයා ජිම් එකකට යනකොට පුලුවන් නම් Gym partner කෙනෙක් හදාගෙනම යන්න.(ඔයාගෙ යාලුවෙක් එක්ක යන්න). නැත්නම් ජිම් එකේදිම හොඳ යාලුවෙක්ව හදාගන්න.<br />
